User experience design voor complexe ziekenhuis website

At Mixe (now Branddoctors) I helped redesign the Ikazia hospital website from the ground up. Instead of an information structure that shows the organisation from its own point of view, we flipped it around and reorganised it to match with the main actions of patients and guests.

It was a challenge to present the large number of hospital departments to visitors, but we found a good balance between usability and completeness. This also motivated the hospital to get and maintain the relevant information for all departments following our template.
