TicketEngine commissioned me to design their core user interface. Their USP revolves around usability, so we took extra care in designing pleasant user flows for the powerful features the service has to offer.
Using iterative design and frequent talks with domain experts we came to a complete interface structure and UI framework. This formed the blueprint for the development of the application.
One of the most important flows: the mobile checkout for consumers.
We designed a custom rule builder interface that allows power users to configure complex rules with basic if/else combinations.
